Lip frame windows are an excellent way to upgrade your current screened in porch or enclosure to a three season room. Choose between solid pane windows or vertical or horizontal sliders for any of your openings. Compatible with most openings and a great upgrade option for our porch screening kits or hardtop deck enclosures.
Vinyl windows have the benefit of glass without the cost or the weight. It's as transparent as glass, but not nearly as heavy, expensive or susceptible to cracking or breaking. Lip Frame Window
Standard fiberglass screening is strong, long lasting and is not easily damaged. The standard Fiberglass screening is available in an 18 x 16 mesh count and in 2 colors. It is the original equipment on many windows, particularly those windows which have "half-screens," and on many storm windows. Standard fiberglass screening is also the ideal choice for large patio enclosures and for pool enclosures.

Heavy Duty Lip Frame Window
Heavy duty spreader bar for added durability and structural integrity...any other difference? Tightly woven mesh designed to stop small insects. While densely woven, this screen still allows good ventilation and visibility and provides some daytime privacy. Due to the increased surface area of the screening, it will also provide a measure of protection from the wind.

Horizontal Slider
Horizontal side-slider panels offer 50% to 100% ventilation. Move them back to reveal half or most of the open screen. Or use our pocketing option to tuck the panels completely out of the way. With just one finger, full-length panels slide left or right on corrosion resistant, neoprene rollers bringing a wide-open, spacious look to your home.

Vertical Four-Track
Vertical 4-track panels offer 75% ventilation. In other words, three of the lightweight, vinyl-glazed panels can be easily raised or lowered over the fourth to create an outdoors feel. Or remove and store the panels – leaving the screens in place – for 100% airflow. Vents are available in a variety of colors including clear, smoke gray, bronze, and dark gray to suit your preference.

- You will first need to complete the installation of your screen walls system. Your windows are necessarily a 'post' installation purchase, so that we can ensure that each window fits the opening it is built for.
- You will need to measure each 'daylight' opening giving exact width and height of each opening. Do not add to or subtract from that measurement!
- Number each opening, moving left to right and according to the drawing that was given to you to use for your screen wall installation. If you do not have a kick plate, then you would have "Opening #1 - top | Opening #1 - bottom" for your first set of measurements, and so on.
- Please reference your original quote number to us.
- We will need to know which color of frame you require and which color of vinyl you require.
